Teen Camp 2009

In participation with The Heart Gallery Foundation, Children, Youth and Family Division of New Mexico (CYFD) and C.A.S.A., Camp Obscura Teen 2009 offered one very full day and we seemed to do it all! Located at Warehouse 21 in the Santa Fe Railyard, we had the good fortune to turn the Lamy 502 boxcar into a camera obcscura. Using a pinhole we succeeded in filling the train, ceiling to floor with imagery. John Serkin visited with his camera obscura tent which uses a lens to capture the image onto a table.
